Christmas Party

Our Sunday School Class' Christmas Party will be on December 12th. We'll meet at the church at 6:00 and carpool to The Friendship House restaurant. It is about an hour or a little less drive. Please leave a comment or email me if you plan to attend so Chris will have an accurate count when making reservations. Invite your friends! I look forward to some relaxation, good food, and great company!

Revival Tonight (Monday)

Hello Friends,
Tonight is Sunday School Class night at revival at 7:00. We are all going to sit together as a class and want you there! There will be childcare for our little shadows, so I hope to see you tonight.

October Social

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up on what we will be doing in October. We will be having a costume party at the Rhett's house that will include good food, great costumes, apple bobbing, hay ride, trick-or-treating, and face painting for the children. Mark your calendars for Friday, October 10th. More details to come later, so check back.

Baby Mullinax Will Be Here Soon!

Hey All! Just wanted to let everybody know that we have reached week 39 and next week our little baby girl will be here! The doc has decided to induce Amber on Tuesday, the 16th, at 6:00 am, if nothing happens between now and then. Amber's doing great despite the discomforts of being 9 months pregnant and we're both greatly anticipating Zaylee's arrival. We ask all of you to pray for Amber as she goes through labor and delivery. We are hoping for a natural, unmedicated birth - so maybe that will prompt you to pray even harder! And of course, pray for our baby girl - that she will be happy, healthy, and strong. Can't wait to send you all photos of the new addition to our family! With love,

September Social

Our September Social is September 5th in the Fellowship Hall (the old sanctuary) at 6:00. We will eat Pizza around 6:30. The whole family is invited, so bring games and children's favorite toys. Be ready to give your pizza order this Sunday, August 31st so we can decide how much to order and the prices. Just bring your money on the 7th in order to reimburse Chris. Be thinking about whether you want to order pizzas per family or order a bunch of single topping pizzas and each couple pay around $10.00. We'll discuss this on Sunday.
I am really excited that we will all get to hang out, but so will all of our children. If you have any friends that you would like to invite that would be great!

Baby Shower for Blair Wozniak

New Crawley Baby

Jacob and Renae Crawley had their baby boy, Kamren Ward on July 21st. He weighed 6 pounds 12 ounces. Congrats Crawley Family!

August Sunday School Social & Revival

When and where is our next Sunday School social? I have not heard who is hosting or if it will be Friday, August 1st or the following Friday. If no one has volunteered to make reservations or open their home, I guess any of you can comment on here that you would like to host. You can also discuss this in Sunday School in the morning.

Be in prayer for the One Day Revival tomorrow. Anyone out there that is reading this and would like to visit Fariview Baptist Church, tomorrow would be great. We are having revival tomorrow morning and night and would love to have you. Sunday School begins at 9:00, morning service begins at 10:15, and the evening service begins at 7:00.

Jenny and Justin welcomed their baby boy around 1:15 this afternoon. I don't know the stats yet, but will get those for you soon. Congratulations Caldwell family!!!

I am so sorry that I didn't post this sooner. I just now checked my emails. Carmon and Shannon celebrated their wedding anniversary on July 24th. Congratulations and we love you guys and your little kids too!!!

Caldwell Baby on the Way!

Jenny was scheduled to go into the hospital this morning at 6:00 in order to be induced. Please be praying for them and for a healthy baby that arrives without any troubles. We'll keep you updated. We love you Jenny, Justin, and baby Thomas on the way.

Proffitt's Porch

This month's Sunday School Social was at Proffitt's Porch, and we had a blast. It was a great time to get to know some of our new members better, meet visitors, and the kids loved the sand.
